This is the main event! The venue has multiple spaces, including a patio. The book clubs will meet during this event.

Few things please us as much as introducing future-friends to each other! We'd love to feed you lunch and have you meet our other friends.

Spark Gardens is an outdoor event space, and The Lawn is a portion of it. The closest intersection to The Lawn is Mission Bay Boulevard North and 4th St. At that intersection, go to the southeast. There will be an open green space with a small whiteboard at the entrance that says "Frank and Diyang". We recommend you bring a hat or sunglasses and perhaps a reuseable water bottle since shade is limited.

Basil Corgi meet-and-greet hours, as well as another opportunity for us to feed you and hang out! Kids are welcome at this event. If you have picnic blankets or lightweight chairs you can bring, we'd appreciate it.

Due to hotel check out times, Basil will be fashionably late to her own event, arriving between 11 and 11:30am. The map link above will point you to exactly where our reserved picnic tables are, along the middle promenade southeast of the statue.

• go birdwatching in Corona Heights Park
• catch an art film at the Roxie
• eat tricolores (Frank's favorite) and amaretti from local union bakery Dianda's
• buy 7 pounds of fruit at either the Civic Center or Mission Farmer's Market
• hike the staircases of San Francisco, including this small hidden one
• get Frank's order, the vegetarian Rebel Within, at Craftsman and Wolves
• follow a 1.5hr (at obdurate dog speeds) Basil afternoon urban walk, map forthcoming
